Children as Leaders
At Buckingham Park Primary School, we recognise that our children are the leaders of the future and therefore, provide a range of opportunities for children to develop their leadership skills in a range of leadership roles. Ultimately, we value our children’s voices, and ensure they are both heard and valued.
Children are given a range of platforms and opportunities to express the views of our school, which are used to help guide and shape its development.
We encourage all of our children to embrace the wide range of opportunities available to them, and always seek new ways to further empower them. This enables our children to develop as individuals, as a community and grow the school as a whole.
What leadership roles are available to our children?
Children are offered a range of leadership opportunities, all of which come with their own responsibilities. These roles will become available at various points throughout their primary journey, and include:
