Governors' delegated activities 2016-17

Under the new structure, all governing body business is conducted at the half-termly full governing body meetings.  The only exceptions to this are Finance and Staffing Committees, which meet on a termly basis.  Only the Governors who are members of the Committee have voting rights.  Associate Members do not have any voting rights at either full governing body meetings or committees. 

All other responsibilities are delegated to specific governors/groups of governors, as detailed below:
